We follow traditional Indian practices and provide healthy, delicious vegetarian meals. During the training, you will stay in a spacious room with an ensuite bathroom, a working desk, and a sofa, overlooking the pool. You can choose to stay either in a private or a shared double room. The yoga program is 6 days, but it covers 7 nights of accommodation, giving you one night extra on the arrival day.
